Customer Responsibility
- Kindly note your delivery option chosen at the Checkout page.
- Please put a delivery address where we can deliver to you between Monday – Friday during standard working hours (8am-5pm). For instance, if you are at work Mon – Fri please use your work address for delivery and not your home address.
- You are required to meet the drivers at the building front door or front gate of your location.
- We would make two attempts to deliver products to you. After the 2nd unsuccessful attempt, the item will need to be collected at the nearest Digiwireless location.
- We will continue to ensure that you are kept updated on their orders.
- Kindly be reachable by phone so that our team can coordinate a seamless delivery to you.
Delays in Delivery
Any changes to orders after the order was placed can result in 2-3 days additional delivery days. This includes:
- Any modifications to orders after the order was placed (either by seller or customer)
- Incorrect delivery address provided
- Changes to the delivery address
- Delivery team unable to get in touch with the customer
- Customer not at the delivery address when the courier is attempting to fulfill/complete the order.
Other Delivery Specifics
- Each single order placed will be delivered to 1 address. If an order has to be delivered to two addresses the customer will have to place 2 orders.
- Customers are required to collect the packages at the front door, gate, or entrance to the building at their delivery address. Due to our COVID-19 safety protocols, our couriers are not allowed to enter homes or buildings.
- Depending on the delivery area customers can also pay or via our Point-of-Sale machine upon delivery. However, these machines only work where there is good network or cell phone service.
- Digiwireless remains committed to delivery within 2-3 business days which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays If the customer wishes to receive an order on these specific days or on any specified date and time, then the customer would be required to pay for our expedited delivery options or Public Holiday delivery where necessary.
- Not all areas are eligible for delivery, if your order is not eligible for delivery the Digiwireless delivery team shall notify you as soon as possible and arrange the most convenient time and place for you to pick up your order.
- All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subjected to all matters beyond our control/ unforeseen circumstances including acts of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, excessive rains and floods), governmental restrictions, strikes, lockouts, riots, roadblocks, damage to roads & bridges, mass events and delays by suppliers, matters concerning pandemics and/or acts or threats of terrorism. As a customer, all reasonable attempts must be made to ensure that we would be able to fulfil our delivery arrangement with you with minimal delays.
- Please also note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, or other peak periods, however we will work assiduously to ensure that these deliveries occur in a timely manner.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
- A total of two (2) attempts will be made to deliver the item to the customer at no charge. If these (2) delivery attempts are unsuccessful the package will be brought back to the Digiwireless Head Office, where it will be stored Customers can request our delivery service to their home or office, once there is someone to collect and make a payment approximately between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Standard deliveries (business day deliveries) are done only from Monday through Friday, and not on Public Holidays or Weekends. In the event that the delivery is being made outside of these hours the customer will be contacted in advance.
- Payment methods accepted are online credit card payments or upon delivery via Linx or debit card. Online Credit Card payments must be paid prior to delivery. Our drivers will call each customer prior to the delivery of their items to try our utmost best to ensure that the customer or their representative is available to collect the package.
- We aim to deliver anywhere in Trinidad and Tobago however there are certain areas of the country which may provide certain limitations or restrictions concerning our delivery efforts. Under this circumstance, we hold the rights to refuse delivery to such areas at our discretion, however we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements if possible. In the event that we are unable to deliver to a certain area you will be notified.
